In this role you will be:

• Exterior painting of homes, townhomes, apartments, barns, and light industrial buildings
• Providing leadership and empowerment to up-and-coming painters
• Utilizing Batzbuild ladders, man-lifts, and spraying equipment

Experience required

• A Minimum of 1-3 years painting experience spraying exteriors
• Must have brush, roll, sprayer and preparation experience
• Must have the ability to work alone or with a team
• Must be able to work safely on ladders, lifts and proper use of PPE equipment where required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be available to work full work weeks and weekends when busy
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work off ladders and man-lifts
• Keep a neat appearance and be well-groomed
• Proficient in English
• Have a good work attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
